Super interesting article. I had always accounted obesity as the product of increased office/stationary jobs. I think a lot of the problem with the food we eat today (besides sugar) is that it lacks the nutrients we need. Our bodies tell us we’re hungrier faster and so we consume more empty calories. More produce for me!!
